Combine beef, lettuce, tomatoes, dressing, corn chips and cheese in a large serving bowl; toss well to mix. Stir in taco seasoning and water; bring to a boil. Top with rows of black beans, corn, tomato, yellow pepper, avocado, Queso Fresco cheese, red onion and cilantro.
