  4. Prepare 1 hot sauce, of your choice
  5. Get 3 tbsp butter
  6. Make ready 12 tbsp garlic, as my hubby loves garlic i tend to use alot.

Cook garlic until fragrant and lightly browned, but not burnt. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, smoked paprika and hot sauce to the sauce mixture. Season wings with salt and pepper. Combine parmesan cheese, garlic, butter and hot sauce.

Instructions to make Buffalo garlic chicken wings:
  1. Set oven at 425, preheat
  2. Season the wings, still frozen. Put on slotted baking try, ( im trying not to make fried foods). And bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake another 25 minutes.
  3. Make sure chicken is cooked, add 5-10 minutes, depending on your oven
  4. For the sauce: 4 tbs butter, 13 cup hot sauce, of your choice.( I used Louisiana hot sauce. And 1 teaspoon roasted garlic. Heat all together in microwave, about 30 seconds.
  5. When wings are cooked fully, mix with sauce and enjoy. (I have at times dipped the wings and put them back in tbe over for 5-10 minutes to get an extra crunch)

Season wings with salt and pepper. Combine parmesan cheese, garlic, butter and hot sauce. After wings fry, toss in hot sauce mixture to coat. When the wings are cooked, add them to the bowl with the sauce, and toss to coat. Dry the chicken wings with a paper towel to remove any excess water or liquid and place them in a large bowl.
